KUNSTOFFEN FESTIVAL - Steinfurth, Germany

The FOREST presentation is the variant of the DEPTH art project. The exhibition is presented as the form of painting installation constructed with works depicting forest and creatures inhabiting it. Karolina Jarosławska focuses on building space through the use plain color patches and simplified forms of trees , walls of foret, tree bark or surface of water. Klaudia Ka makes detailed paintings basing on the images of people and animals. Forest is the background, but it is also the subject in studies of pieces of wood found in the undergrowth. Common arrangement of elements of the project is the introduction for the viewer to come into the space of the forest.
